How the subscription works

After ordering, the sample collection kit will be sent to your home. You the return the sample to our laboratory for analysis using the prepaid sample kit. After the analysis, which takes an average of 5 working days, you will find your results in your online portal, also as a PDF download, and a printed report a few days later by post. Your analysis results are incorporated into your formula and we develop your tailor-made NovoDailies as a 3-month pack. As soon as everything has been produced, you will receive the reports and the NovoDailies by post. You will automatically receive the next 3-month pack before your supply runs out.
